Recruitment Community Europe- the recruiting community that networks the world of recruitment to share best practices

Recruitment Community Europe is a new Pan- European recruitment community site. Founded by Keith Robinson and Alan Whitford, the site aims to build a free to access information centre of excellence and a community meeting place for those who work in our world of recruitment. The team welcomes article submissions from recruiting practitioners who have valuable insights to share with the rest of the recruiting community. We welcome research, case studies, profiles, presentations, and commentary from our colleagues in the vendor/consulting/agency or research community, as well as those in academia.

If you're interested in becoming a contributor or submitting an article, email us your submission and we can start a conversation from there. The site will initially be provided in English but as country based membership grows we will have local language content. As our aim is to try to provide a common platform for all keynote articles, we will be trialing website based translation tools in the coming months.

We firmly believe that we are building a unique member driven content submisison environment. The quality of your thinking and your willingness to share that will create a community. Our membership understands that English will not always be the contributor's first language possible, but please still contact us for submission. We have key members whose native language is French, Dutch, German and Spanish who will willingly act as subeditors.

We do out best to evaluate and respond to all article submissions in a timely manner. If we think the idea is good but could use a few minor tweaks, we'll work with you to get it where it needs to be. Please keep in mind that because space is limited on our editorial calendar, we can add new contributors only occasionally and can select article submissions for publications only a few times per month. All submissions or expressions of interest should be emailed to Alan Whitford. MS Word format is preferred. If you have any questions after reviewing this document, let us know!
